Professional career

As a successful entrepreneur, Holger looks back on over 40 years of experience, including 23 years in event management and the hospitality industry. As CEO of Hamburg's legendary Café Schöne Aussichten, he set new standards and initiated iconic formats such as the "Afterwork Club – The Original," the "Effendee Party," and, as early as 1994, the concept of "Public Viewing."

He also organized countless concerts, after-show parties, and corporate and private celebrations. From 1992 to 2007, he was co-founder and COO of the renowned catering company Boa Vista, which set international culinary standards for events with up to 7,000 guests.

At the same time, Holger expanded his expertise as an Integral Life and Business Coach. For over
For 22 years, he has accompanied people and organizations on their path to personal development. From 2008 to 2020, he was a lecturer at the Stadtwerke Akademie, where he developed innovative programs for executives. These combined insights from neuroscience, quantum physics, learning psychology, and constructivism.

Today, Holger combines these scientific approaches in his work through modern methods such as Integral Theory, HeartMath®, Epigenetic Transformation, and The Art of Meditation.

Since 2024, Holger has also contributed his expertise as a consultant to the ASEA Next Level Marketing Network. Together with his partners, he founded the company QUATTUOR LLC.
