Professional career
As a successful entrepreneur, Holger looks back on over 40 years of experience, including 23 years in event management and gastronomy. As CEO of the legendary Café Schöne Aussichten in Hamburg, he set new standards and initiated iconic formats such as the “Afterwork Club – The Original,” the “Effendee Party,” and as early as 1994, the concept of “Public Viewing.”
In addition, he organized numerous concerts, after-show parties as well as corporate and private events. From 1992 to 2007, he was co-founder and COO of the renowned catering company Boa Vista, which set international culinary benchmarks for events with up to 7,000 guests.
In parallel, Holger expanded his expertise as an Integral Life & Business Coach. For more than 23 years, he has accompanied people and organizations on their path of development. From 2008 to 2020, he was a lecturer at the Stadtwerke Academy, where he developed innovative leadership programs – combining insights from neuroscience, quantum physics, learning psychology, and constructivism.
Today, he integrates these approaches in his work through modern methods such as Integral Theory, HeartMath®, Epigenetic Transformation, and The Art of Meditation.
Since 2024, Holger has also been contributing his expertise as an ASEA associate. Together with his partners, he founded REDOXNow LLC and serves as its CEO.
This platform not only provides access to innovative ASEA products, but also to scientific background knowledge, validated research results, and the opportunity to become part of this growing network.
